Las Brisas Apartments is a multifamily affordable housing community located 8 miles from downtown Los Angeles in Cudahy, CA. This garden-style 100-unit property is comprised of 12 residential 2-story buildings and a separate building for the leasing office and community room on approximately 4 acres. Common area amenities include gated security, children’s playground, outdoor basketball court, covered parking, community clubhouse, and on-site laundry facilities.

In 2015, a rehabilitation was completed that included an upgraded community room, new building roofs, new in-unit appliances, updated bathroom fixtures, more efficient heating and cooling systems, upgraded hot water systems, and refreshed carports. In addition, many improvements were made to the property to better serve residents with disabilities.
